Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our international facility to ensure the best pricing and quality control.
Order Origin & Fulfillment
To maintain maximum transparency with our customers, please note that all orders are managed and shipped from our primary corporate headquarters: Signature Stitch Private Limited Building No. 1, Dangiyo Ka Guda, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India.
Processing & Transit Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package’s journey from India to your doorstep in the United States.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: We offer reliable international shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Customs & Duties: As these are international shipments, the customer is the importer of record. However, for most residential water filter orders, additional customs duties are typically not applicable under US de minimis thresholds.
Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to international carrier issues, weather, or customs processing times. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at customersupport@watersfilter.com.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier during international transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
