We offer a 45-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Requested within 45 days of delivery.
- Note: Opened filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
How to Start a Return
Email us at customersupport@watersfilter.com with:
- Your order number.
- Reason for return.
- Photos if the item is damaged.
Return Shipping
As we ship internationally from India, please contact our support team for the specific return instructions.
- Defective/Wrong Item: We cover 100% of return costs.
- Changed Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched from our Indian facility, it cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process instead.
