Orders are typically canceled due to payment authorization issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or if an item is out of stock. If your order is canceled, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We offer a 45-day return policy for unused and unopened filters in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at customersupport@watersfilter.com within 45 days of receiving your order, and our team will provide you with the return instructions.

International shipping from India to the US typically takes 10–15 business days. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
