Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 45 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at customersupport@watersfilter.com.
Approved return instructions and the appropriate return address (India or USA) will be provided.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us
Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item
Non-Returnable Items
