Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that all orders ship from our international headquarters in 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help! Contact us immediately at +1 (929) 597-8400 or customersupport@watersfilter.com. Once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be edited, but you can initiate a return after it arrives.
Orders are typically canceled due to payment authorization issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or if an item is out of stock. If your order is canceled, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Click the “Sign In” or “Account” icon at the top of the page.
- Click the “Forgot Password” link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive an email with instructions and a link to create a new password.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the “Account Settings” or “Profile” section.
- Look for the “Change Password” option and follow the on-screen prompts.
If you wish to delete your account and personal data, please email us at customersupport@watersfilter.com, and our team will process your request within 48 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 3–5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal/Credit Card).
We offer a 45-day return policy for unused and unopened filters in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at customersupport@watersfilter.com within 45 days of receiving your order, and our team will provide you with the return instructions.
We offer transparent shipping rates. Any “Free Shipping” promotions will be automatically applied at checkout based on your order value or current active offers.
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Please WhatsApp us at +1 (929) 597-8400 immediately if you need to update your details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) securely through PayPal. You can pay with your card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
