Return Window
We offer a 45-day return policy from the date you receive your order. This exceeds the standard 30-day window because we stand behind our products.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Request must be submitted within 45 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
Email us at customersupport@watersfilter.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address (US or India, depending on your location and the item).
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item: we cover return shipping in full.
- All other returns: return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after we inspect the returned item.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used filters are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
