Returns

Products may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is free for all eligible returns within the return window.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending the product back.

Exchanges

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.
Exchanges for a different model are allowed only if the product is unused and unopened.
Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Such exclusions, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
